If you are into news trading, one of the most important tools you can have is direct access to the news you need, the second they are released. Although there are many different news trading strategies, some of which will not require direct news access, there is no doubt that this can really give you the edge. Even if you aren’t trading the news, it is still a very valuable tool! Although spike trading is very difficult these days due to increased spreads, and slow execution, it is still possible to trade shortly after news releases, but this will definitely require that you have a fast news service. Companies offering such service are few, and expensive. The two major ones, are Bloomberg and Reuters, which are mostly used by large institutions, and not retail traders, due to their high prices.

If you would like to have access to news as soon as they are released, at an affordable price, I suggest you go with TradeTheNews. As I haven’t been a member of Bloomberg or Reuters, I cannot make any comparison between them and TradeTheNews. But they definitely offer a good service, and the price is way better than any other provider I have come across so far. Furthermore, they offer a free trial, for 14 days, so you can try it out, before you have to decide if you want to become a member. If you like the service, and decide to sign up, there are different options to choose from, which you can see below.

Starting at $50, this is probably one of the best deals out there. Why not try the free trial, and see if you like it. It might just improve your trading results. If any of you guys have used any other news service, please share your thoughts. Oh, almost forgot. This is not an affiliate link, so no, this is not bullshit b…s… I really believe this is worth the price! The cost of one month, could be earned back within a short time.
