Hi Megan,
That is true. There is a missing link with these pages. Now I do agree with you that it mostly goes one way, from people promoting their own services, using different usernames. However, I am sure a lot of services are getting negative comments, in order to make their owe services stand out. Well actually it´s two sides of the same thing..But yes. These pages do need some kind of improvement.
