Forex Bullet Proof – Classic Marketing Stunt from the FAP Guys

Forex Bullet Proof is a new expert advisor which will be released today, in a couple of hours. The creators of Forex Bullet Proof are the same guys who made FAP Turbo, so obviously the expectations are high. In addition to this, they have decided to make Forex Bullet Proof available for FXCM´s new Strategy Trader. I am currently testing FXCM´s new platform and so far I am really impressed with it, and I definitely think that creating an EA for this platform is a step in the right direction, as the Strategy Trader has some really neat features which is not available in MT4. When that is said, I still need to test the Forex Bullet Proof and see the performance with my own eyes before I believe any of their statements. Just think back a couple of years when the FAP Turbo Swiss was launched. This was supposed to be a game-changer, as it was to be used with Dukascopy´s platform. It was expensive and from the reviews I read, it failed badly. However, it was a perfect marketing stunt as a way to differentiate the product. We have new EA´s every single day, and the FAP guys know that thye need something special to hype the product. Now I am not saying that Forex Bullet Proof won´t work, but I just need to see actually proof before I buy into any of this hype. This seems to be exactly the same story as we had a couple of years ago; having an EA is working with a different platform than MT4 does not necessarily make it profitable. Scam Alert – Dragon Pips

This is a perfect example of just how scammy this industry can be. A couple of days ago, the guys over at ForexPeaceArmy posted this story about one of their members who bought an (or actually he bought three) expert advisor named Dragon Pips. According to the Dragon Pips sales page, customers are promised a 90 day guarantee refund period. First of all, the EA did exactly the opposite of what was promised, namely losing money rather than increasing the account balance; same old story about expert advisors. But in addition to this, the refund guarantee was apparently nothing but hot air, as the customer never got his money back. One way you can secure yourself for incidences like this, is to only buy products sold through Clickbank or Plimus. Don’t let the scammers get away with tactics like these. Read the full story here.

Free Currency Meter From Huskins

Huskins is a well-known face over at ForexPeaceArmy, both with reviews on his on service (which is rated 5 star with a total of 84 votes) and with his active posting of reviews on others services. I have been with Huskins for a long time, pretty much since the beginning where everything was managed through a Google group (always as a free member though), and I have continuously been impressed with his honesty and no-bullshit approach to forex trading. Judging solely from the free information I have received from Huskins I really think he is a skilled trader with a lot of discipline, and even thought I have not tried his live trading room, I think it is safe to say that this might be one of the better options out there. Anyway, back to the topic of this post; Huskins has been working on a currency strength meter, somewhat similar to the one made by Henry Liu, but this one is made in a more visual form, and as Huskins is looking for beta testers, you now have the possibility of trying his currency meter for free. EUR/USD managed to put in another bump up to 1.2900 for another resell and back down to 1.2800 today. There’s been some nice range trading there. A break north of 1.2925 will probably mean another 100-180 pips higher from there, but as long as it holds, the medium term odds are still pointed lower. Sublime Forex Champions Launches Today

Sublime Forex Champions is a new program which will be launched today in a couple of hours. This has been in pre-launch mode for the last couple of weeks by now and I have received I don’t know how many emails about this stuff. Now I have just watched a couple of their videos on the sales page and this is really some sketchy stuff. I have not tried anything from the system so I cannot tell if this is good or bad, but one thing that really cracked me up, was in one of the videos where this guy is telling about all the bonuses you will get if you buy the program within 5 minutes after launch or something like that. Now let me just elaborate on this one thing that really got me laughing. Bonus nr. 6 is “The creator´s dedicated email support” for the next 6 months. At least that is how he puts it. Well, I am sure that a lot of people will take advantage of this, but I am just thinking about how many companies who provide email support and service absolutely free of charge, and here this guy is talking about it like it is some kind of insane offer.
