Profit Mongers – Wednesday Trading Signal 06-30-2010
Posted on 30. Jun, 2010 by Sir Pipsalot.
Hey folks,
It looks like some very palpable risk aversion is creeping into markets and threatening to reassert the long term down trend in many markets. Technically though, the picture hasn’t really confirmed further downside is emminent. Despite the seemingly widespread gloom, EUR/USD touched the upper edge of my 1.2100-1.2150 support zone and bounce handily now at 1.2215. There is some serious event risk getting a lot of attention tomorrow (feel free to read more here):

ForexPeaceArmy – New Giant – More Chapters and Sive Morten Outlook
Posted on 29. Jun, 2010 by Jakob.
There is a lot of news from ForexPeaceArmy and it´s been a while since I wrote about them, so I thought it was about time to give an update. First of all, and probably the most interesting thing is, that they have added another “Giant” to their market outlook section. In the last couple of month, Sive Morten has posted his weekly outlook on the forex market, which has been very detailed and useful for a lot of traders. Now Felix has added another guy to this section, who apparently has “managed some big private and institutional portfolios”. This should be really interesting. I will definitely keep an eye on his upcoming outlooks and write more about them in the future. You can read them here. If you haven’t had a chance to read any outlook from Sive Morten, I recommend you do so now. His analysis for this week is up, with a lot of talk about US macro data that shows decrease in recovery momentum. This is, as always, a good read, and with the NFP coming out this Friday, I definitely recommend you to go through all the details. You can read Sive Morten´s outlook here.

Profit Mongers – Monday Trading Signal 06-28-2010
Posted on 28. Jun, 2010 by Sir Pipsalot.
Hey folks,
EUR/USD is a bit on the edge here at 1.2400 resistance (now 1.2380). My SL for the last half of my short from 1.2450 is at 1.2405 and has survived so far, but the Euro is facing a bit of a line in the sand. Risk reward still favors the short on most timeframes as long as the 1.2400 area is holding. If 1.2400 is broken to the upside convincingly, I’d play EUR/USD a bit more neutrally and wait for a better setup.

Profit Mongers – Friday Trading Signal 06-25-2010
Posted on 25. Jun, 2010 by Sir Pipsalot.
Hey folks,
EUR/USD could really go either way from here… it’s still kind of stuck with 2-way potential depending on how you interpret the charts. Personally, I feel we’ll see more downside and a pullback to the 1.2100-1.2150 level as I’ve stated a few times this week, but I don’t feel the odds are strong enough for a new trade. I’m simply keeping the 2nd half of my short from 1.2450 in and for now I’ll trail my SL down to 1.2405 and keep my TP in the aforementioned support region.

Profit Mongers – Thursday Trading Signal 06-24-2010
Posted on 24. Jun, 2010 by Sir Pipsalot.
Hey folks,
EUR/USD and Stocks are at very ambiguous points in their patterns, so I don’t have a whole lot more meaningful to say about them other than what I’ve outlined in the last 2 signals.

Easy Forex faces Lawsuit from Employee
Posted on 24. Jun, 2010 by Jakob.
Any other day, this would be a typical story from the world of currency trading. Brokers are being accused with fraud in several different ways, all the time. Easy Forex is a Middle Eastern broker and they have been around for a long time. I signed up with them as one of my very first choices, when I started my journey in the world of forex trading. However, it only took me about 3 days before I closed my account and started a new account with another broker. I found their trading platform to be annoying in all possible ways. Since then I have never really thought about them. Then yesterday I read this blog post from Michael Greenberg over at Forex Magnets. This one guy called “D” claims to have lost somewhere around $125.000 trading through Easy Forex. Now instead of simply filling a lawsuit he decided to approach this in his own unique way; namely by applying for a job at Easy Forex. He got hired and became aware of the way in which Easy Forex operates their business. With this knowledge and multiple voice recordings “D” now filled a lawsuit and obviously this isn’t pretty. You can read the entire story here. If you thought about signing up with Easy Forex, you probably want to read this first.

Profit Mongers – Tuesday Trading Signal 06-22-2010
Posted on 22. Jun, 2010 by Sir Pipsalot.
Hey folks,
The EUR/USD did indeed top out in the 1.2450 area I had been calling for the past week or so with the double top pattern I mentioned as a possibility to look out for in yesterday’s signal. On this pullback, we should see at least 1.2250 (38.2% retracement), but are more likely to pull down to the 1.2100-1.2150 region before attempting a solid bounce. Of course if you’re short, it’s a good idea to take some profits now around 1.2300.

Win a Forex Mastermind Mentoring Course from Henry Liu
Posted on 22. Jun, 2010 by Jakob.
Henry Liu, the author of Newsprofiteer and now also the creator of the Forex Mastermind Mentoring Homestudy Course is giving you a chance to win a free copy of this course which normally is sold at a price of $2897.00. Henry is one trader who I truly admire, and he is definitely more conservative on his marketing approach compare to all the others in this industry who constantly pushes new services or products. In addition to this, your odds of winning here are rather good, and you don’t even have to buy anything. A total of 15 Forex Mastermind Mentoring Homestudy Courses will be given away, and so far two winners have been announced. There is basically two ways in which you can participate in this contest.
