Hey folks,
The EUR/USD has managed just over 100 pips of a rally off its lows setting itself up nicely for a sell here as discussed yesterday in the 1.3540-1.3570 range. I plan to use a 50 pip SL and 50 pip initial TP, then move it to BE.

StealPips – A new scam from the guy behind USDBOT
Posted on 23. Mar, 2010 by Moderator.
I am sure most of you guys remember USDBOT; an expert advisors which was sold through clickbank some time ago. I have written a post about it here, because I was in contact with this guy “Mark Trenton” over Skype who was telling me that he would help me out with the promotion of my new book Forex Hacking, if I emailed my list about his new EA. So I did, and afterwards I never heard a word from Mark again. Hi simply disappeared. A few days later, a lot of buzz about the USDBOT started to pop up, all over the net. USDBOT was a scam. Apparently it was an exact copy of a free EA from the Forex Factory forum called Opto123. USDBOT was then changed into an EA using a martingale strategy, and now the product has been removed from (and by) Clickbank (probably due to a high refund level, as people could simply grab the free version).

ForexPop – Your Daily Dose of Forex News
Posted on 22. Mar, 2010 by Moderator.
ForexPop is one of my new projects and so far, it is going pretty good. Basically ForexPop is a simply single-page news aggregator, with forex related blogs. Currently I have 22 blogs on there and three social news websites. I have chosen to add the blogs which I read the most (when it comes to trading), rather than having to go through them in my RSS reader. Somehow I like ForexPop a lot more than my RSS reader. It gives a good overview, and it updates faster than my FeedReader. If you have a blog related to forex trading, and would like to have it featured on ForexPop, simply drop a comment below or send me an email and I will take a look at your site. Check out ForexPop Here. Drop a comment below and let me know what you think.

Trip to Sweden – Guest Posts – Advertise
Posted on 22. Mar, 2010 by Moderator.
Last Wednesday I went to Sweden with my girlfriend to spend the weekend there. Although it was a bit cold, we had a really good time, and I allowed myself to take a break from trading and blogging. But now with the beginning of a new week, it is time to get back into the game. I have a bunch of things which I am currently working on. I will be writing a couple of reviews in the near future (Forex Powerband Dominator from Dean Saunders, INO, etc.) and some more Trade Setups and Daily Lessons. I am also starting to get a lot of emails with guest posts, from people who have blogs or trading related websites. If you would like to have a guest posts here on TradeProfits, simply email it to me, and if I like it, I will post it. There is also an increase in people who want to advertise here on TradeProfits, so I will be setting up a site with more information about it. For now, send me an email and I will get back to you. That’s it for now.

How to safely buy CLNE
Posted on 17. Mar, 2010 by David.
This is a guest post by David Grandey from All About Trends – www.allabouttrends.net
Yesterday CLNE broke out on an earnings related news release. Blink your eye and you missed it. So now what? Do we do what the master TV herder says we should do and that is just blindly buy buy buy? Or should we do what we here at All About Trends preach all the time and that is to NOT CHASE BUSES and let them come to us.

Free Currency Meter – 7 Best Ways to Profit
Posted on 11. Mar, 2010 by Moderator.
Henry Liu is the creator of a free currency meter. I have written about this a couple of times before, as I really like this tool, and apply it when I trade. Apparently Henry Liu has received a lot of questions about how to utilize the currency meter, so now he has created a short video where he shows you 7 different ways, in which you can use the currency meter, in order to optimize your trading. As Henry is into news trading, the first idea is to use it right after a news release, so you can trade the strongest currency against the weakest. The second idea is to use it, in order to identify the market trend, which you can do by a single look at the currency meter, rather than going through all the different charts. The third idea is to identify the risk aversion sentiment, which is shown by a strong USD and strong JPY, and then trade based on a strong risk aversion. The fourth idea is the exact opposite of identifying risk aversion, namely to identify risk appetite sentiment. Next off Henry shows you how you can use the currency meter to refine order entries, by not entering trades in pairs which shows the max. or min. due to the likelihood of a reversal. The sixth idea it to use the currency meter in order to identify pullbacks. This is really smart, and something I have never thought about before. Finally Henry uses the currency meter in order to identify a reversal. I have just covered the main points here. You should go and check out the video and get all the details here.
